I signed a Preup-will I get nothing in the Divorce?
Oh Aunt Anna. I was so in love and so young. I signed this agreement without knowing what it meant. I just thought I was proving that I loved him, not his money. Now after a loveless marriage and wanting to be free, He is telling me I have nothing. I signed all my rights away. That there is NO community property.
Aunt Anna, I need the money to start my life again. I do not want HIS money. I want half of OUR money. I worked 12 years to build his business. Please tell me I have a chance.

Dear Sara: Yes, you have a great chance to invalidate that agreement. You need to find an attorney that works in this area of law and knows the tests that the court will use to find the prenuptial agreement valid or invalid.
