Cordial Divorce™ attorney Heather Forrler of the law offices of Lynda H. McMaken on Bainbridge Island was recognized in May with a certificate from the Dispute Resolution Center of Kitsap County for completing the center's training in the theory and practice of mediation.
This 40-hour course acquaints participants with the philosophy, concepts, processes and skills needed to help resolve conflicts without going to court. The Dispute Resolution Center of Kitsap County is chartered under Washington's community dispute resolution statute, RCW 7.75.
