Lynda McMaken listens carefully to her clients needsI graduated from Indiana University with undergraduate majors in English and Psychology, obtaining my JD in 1987 with an emphasis in estate planning, tax and business law.  In my years of practice, I have prepared many estate plans ranging from simple wills to more complex wills with trusts. My advanced directive form received high praise from the Mayo Clinic, where doctors called it, “the best they’d seen.” Powers of Attorney, both durable and specific, are important documents in managing financial affairs during life.

I work in the area of business law, from setting up the most-appropriate structure (sole proprietor, limited-liability company, corporations or partnership) to common business legal needs for the closely held business.

I present community workshops in estate planning, business law and Charitable giving.
